The floor sanding cost is evaluated per square metre taking into account the tasks described below.
Additionally it takes into account the use of Bona Orbital Sanders that many other companies do not use. These give your floor the perfect finish using dust extractors which eliminate any visible lines or disc marks which are often left behind by other floor and edging sanders.

With JH Sanding there are NO HIDDEN COSTS.
We do not use Contractors.

JH Sanding uses Bona Floor sanding machines which are the latest in floor sanding machine technology.
Most companies use older machinery like Hire Tech Sanders which you can see in the picture below. These machines are outdated, not dustless and do not give the high quality finish you get with Bona floor sanders.
